Terms of Use
Last updated 31 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the Tenuto website and platform, operated by TenutoAI Limited (“Tenuto”, “we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
Use of the service
You may use the service only for lawful purposes connected to the management of residential blocks and estates, in line with your organisation’s agreement with us. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.
Your content
Your organisation retains all rights to the data it processes through the platform. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the service. We do not use customer data to train foundation models.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and performant, but it is provided “as is” and we may update features over time. Where a customer agreement includes service levels, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising out of use of the website is limited to £100, and liability arising under a customer agreement is as set out in that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@tenuto.ai.
