Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
TenutoAI Limited (“Tenuto”, “we”, “us”) provides software that helps block and estate managers handle administrative work. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and platform, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
We collect the account details you give us directly, such as name, work email, company, and role, along with the property and correspondence data your organisation chooses to process through the platform. We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as device type, browser, and pages visited, in order to keep the service secure and working properly.
We use this data to deliver and support the service, to authenticate users, to respond to enquiries, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer data to train foundation models. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights and can explain that assessment on request.
Data is stored in single-tenant environments within the UK and EEA, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it to operate the service, and every access is logged. We retain personal data for as long as your organisation holds an account with us, and for a limited period afterwards where law or a legitimate business need requires it.
We share data only with sub-processors that support the service, such as hosting, monitoring, and communications providers, each bound by written agreements that meet UK GDPR standards. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to request a portable copy. If your data sits inside a customer’s workspace, we will direct your request to that customer, who acts as the data controller. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product before they take effect. Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your data, can be sent to privacy@tenuto.ai.
